Involved with the SC&RA for more than a decade
Bernard has been involved with SC&RA since 2010 and is the upcoming president of SC&RA. Before becoming president of SC&RA, Bernard worked on various committees, was a part of the Transportation Group, and served as a member of the Board of Directors.
